හන්තාන ස්ථාපනයෙන් පසු පරිගණකය ක්‍රියා විරහිත කළ නොහැකි වන්නේ ඇයි?

මාගේ HP Notebook - 15-r263tu පරිගණකයට හන්තාන ස්ථාපනය කළ පසු එය shutdown කිරීමට නොහැකි විය. shutdown කිරීම සඳහා බලගැන්වුම් බොත්තම දිගු වේලාවක් ඔබාගෙන සිටීමට හෝ බැටරිය ගලවා දැමීමට සිදු විය...

පරිගණකය restart වීමද සිදු නොවේ..

මේ සඳහා විකල්ප විසඳුමක් ලබාදෙන මෙන් කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමි..

Kernel version එක මොකක්ද? (uname -a terminal එකේ රන් කරල ගන්න පුළුවන්)
