hanthana 19.1

i try to install hanthana 19.1 via live usb. but it not succeed. i've created live usb using fedora live usb creator. but it not booting when i am trying to boot from usb. pls give ur kind attention for this matter.

I also tried install via USB. I tried several usb installer and all are not succeed. Please instruct me how to install with usb.
