Hanthana Linux doesn't open windows partition

I installed hanthana 21 to my computer. But while I am in Linux 21 I can't open windows partitions. This message comes. Please tell me how to solve this..

I had the same problem and this command fixed it. 
 
sudo ntfsfix /dev/sdb4


change sdb4 according to your message :)

Windows 8/10 usually hibernates(or something like that) even you click shutdown. You can configure that in windows power options to make shutdown straightly (As I remember). Or else you can log into windows and restart it to return to linux as a workaround.

properly shutdown your machine
if you hibernate cant open c:

You may disable the fast-boot option in windows. And use linux after a proper shutdown of windows. 
  1. Type Control Panel in the search box.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Power Options.
  4. Click Choose what the power buttons do.
  5. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
  6. Scroll down to Shutdown settings and uncheck Turn on fast startup.
  7. Click Save changes.
