donation problem

Hello, I am a new to google+ hangouts and wanted to use the Hangout Lower Third App. But as I completed filling in the compulsory* donation, my hangout, which had been left open had closed. So this left me with -8.00 Euros and no access to the app I had just configured in the setup. (*I say compulsory, because no other command was visible in the signup box; no "OK" or "Send" button as I expected for completing the signup.)

Please advise either how to retrieve my donation or to get the app.
