Jersey Jubilation Handbell Christmas Concert Ridgewood, NJ 12/12/13

You are cordially invited to a spectacular handbell performance.

 

Jersey Jubilation Handbell Choir will be performing their 10th Annual Heavenly Christmas Bells concert on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 8 PM.  The concert will take place at Ridgewood United Methodist Church, 100 Dayton St., Ridgewood, NJ which is wheelchair accessible.  There is no admission price but a free-will donation will be collected.  Light refreshments will be served after the concert.

 

Jersey Jubilation will be under the direction of Christine L. Braden and will feature 13 superb professional-level handbell musicians ringing on 61 Whitechapel handbells and 5 octaves of chimes.  The choir will perform a nice variety of holiday favorites to bring holiday cheer to the whole family.  The choir not only rings bells but enhances their performance with many additional handbell techniques and effects.  In addition, a few of the choir members will perform on additional instruments to add more musical joy to the concert.  Elizabeth Hartman will perform on flute with the bell choir on a few selections.  Brian A. Tricoli will perform a few solo handbell selections on his own set of 37 Schulmerich handbells with Michael Phillips accompanying on the piano.
