I need to stream PC generated (of an avatar) over WeChat.

Their PC app doesn't stream video so the easy option of using a virtual webcam driver is off the table for now.

The next idea is to configure an Android device to take video from an external source and configure the OS in such a way that it is picked up by the WeChat app.
