How to setup custom json serializers for rest dispatch?

Hi,

I have gone through a good deal of the jackson documentation and it is still not clear to me how I should setup a custom serializer for rest-dispatch.

I was hoping to do something like: 

addSerializer(new MyCustomSerializer())

in my guice module. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
