Possible Errors in "Getting Started" Tutorial?

Hi there,

    We're new to GWTP and have been trying the Getting Started material. There were a few problems we ran across and would like to confirm with GWTP maintainers that we're not crazy.

These are specific to the "Create The Files" page (http://dev.arcbees.com/gwtp/get-started/from-scratch/Create-Files.html)

1) In HomeView.java: There is an import for @Inject, but the annotation is not used. Should it be?

2) In ClientModule.java: Builder needed to be qualified as DefualtModule.Builder before it would compile for us. Was that the correct solution?

3) In HomePresenter.java: Missing an import for @Inject.
