libgurobi60.so cannot open shared object file

When I try to import gurobipy package, I get the following message:

from gurobipy import *

/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/gurobipy/__init__.py in <module>()

ImportError: libgurobi60.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


When gurobi is invoked, in command line with the data coins.dl, it works fine. 


Can you help me to solve this issue?

Did you follow the instructions here:

http://www.gurobi.com/documentation/6.0/linux-quick-start-guide/software_installation_guid

And did you open a new console window after modifying the .bashrc?
