Select Parent Nodes Order by Child/Grand Child/Great Grand Child Nodes

Hi,

I am using Graph API implementation of Azure Cosmos DB which uses Gremlin for creating graph entities, and performing graph query operation. And I am still a beginner in writing graph queries.

A scenario demands me to select parent nodes based on certain order of child , grand child or great grand child nodes. Coming from a SQL background, I am not sure if this is even possible in graph. 

Can someone please help me figure this out?
