Double "Install script" popup when dragging *.user.js onto Firefox v36.0.1

Since yesterday I observe a strange installation behaviour of GM.

When I drag a mysscript.user.js from WinExplorer onto Firefox v36.0.1 then TWO (!)

"Install script?" confirmation dialog popup windows appear.

Is this a bug?

This occurs for all scripts. Even for those which work correctly in the past.

Whats wrong?
