Pale moon compatibility

I have tried to D/L Greasemonkey for my pale moon (most recent version of PM) and the download says it is not compatible. Is this accurate? Do I have another option?  Thank you for any help given.

You can try this GM fork (haven't installed it yet myself) or use the older version. (A year and a half is not too old, right?)
