context.meta_result getting hung and never returns back, sometimes crashing flash player.

We are using Granite3.0.0GA for developing custom Java web application for our customer. We have a complex data structure on Java side which we are returning to Flex. Our code is getting hung in following code:

"context.meta_result(componentName, operation, invocationResult, result,

                        tideResponder is ITideMergeResponder ? ITideMergeResponder(tideResponder).mergeResultWith : null);"

This code is in the "result" function of "ServerSession.as" file, which is getting triggered from the "result" function in "ComponentResponder.as" file.

It works pretty well in other cases where data is different.

We would appreciate any help!!
