Hi folks,

Google App Engine (the platform GQueues is built on) has been
experiencing problems all day which has resulted in slow load times
and responsiveness in GQueues. I do apologize for the degraded
performance. Google engineers are "working feverishly" to fix the
issues.

I will post status updates below as they are available.

I'm getting extreme latency, actions not committing and 500 server
errors.

This is extremely annoying as I can see the potential of GQueues but
it is unusable right now.

Hmm.. ..all seems faster now.

I have set up GTD as per your video and sorted a lot of tasks/
projects.

What I need now is for Google to add the Gmail widget to their
marketplace..

Google App Engine continues to have problems today which is causing
GQueues to not load for many users. Google engineers continue to work
on the problem, but I do not have an estimated time for when the
issues will be resolved. I will post here as soon as I know.

Google confirmed that the performance issues the past few days were
related to configuration changes they made during this past Monday's
scheduled maintenance. They believe they have fixed all the known
issues, but will continue to closely monitor performance to detect
signs of any regression.

Again, I do apologize for the trouble this has caused you in managing
your work. Unexpected errors and downtime are an unfortunate reality
of any web service. However, with GQueues built on Google App Engine
we have some of the best engineers out there to solve problems when
they arise.
