Android app sync failed

Hi there,
My Android GQueues app worked flawlessly for a couple years, until a few weeks ago, when I started getting this error: "GQueues sync failed - To fix, reset the account".
If I reset the account, the problem goes away for a few days, maybe a week. And then again, I get the same message.
Needless to say, this problem is becoming quite annoying. Please how can I fix it?
This is GQueues, Android Version 1.5.1.
Moto G running on Android 4.4.2.

Hi Agustin,

I'm sorry for the trouble!  If you haven't already done so, please try removing the GQueues app from your phone, then try re-installing it.  You can refer to the links below if you need assistance with either step. 



If the issue persists once you've done that, let us know and we'll investigate further.
