Can't Load on Mac

I am having a problem loading GQRX 2.6.1 on one of my Mac's, (works fine on the others).

When I try to run program via terminal I am receiving the following error:

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "cocoa"

in "".

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Abort trap: 6

Any ideas how to fix this?
