How can I install the extended RTL - SDR driver on mac os x in order to use GQRX on HF

Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone knows how to install the experimental extended frequency driver on mac os x.

Id like to use the RTL stick to tune down to 13mhz to cover short wave bands.

Any help would be appreciated. Everything I find on the web is related to SDR# and the experimental driver

Can you provide some more details about said driver? First I've heard of it... I think. Haven't had my hear to the ground or been reading this thread lately, so not sure how much help I can be. But I am eager to archive SW freq. on my RTL dongle. If you can point me to the driver I will try the install on my Mac and let you know the results.
