missing last in .txt file

I' still a little new to this so please bare with me. I have almost all  loaded and have come to the end of the .txt file that tells me to do one more thing ,, and it reads >>>  "Open a terminal and change to the gqrx directory then type:" and thats it , it doesn't tell me what to type.. anybody have any ideas??? it has something (I think) about coping the udev rule to  /etc/rules.d/  (told you I'm new !!!

That was the:

sudo cp udev/*.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/

Then make sure to replug your SDR dongle before running gqrx.

It worries me that your .txt file is missing the last part. I'm pretty
sure it is there in the package

NO matter what I did it would not work,, kept telling me "file destination missing"  ( I tried putting in several destinations that should have worked) so I have gone back to the beginning , a fresh start and will try again..  2.6 on the pi3 is working just great,, I haven't given up on 2.11.4 on the b3+  , it's just something I'm doing wrong,,, I will let you know if part of the txt file is missing again.. ( with all this I'm learning a lot about the code and commands !)

I downloaded another copy of 2.11.4 and the txt file is the same ,, missing the last part same as first two I downloaded.. I'm about  to push the magic button to see if it works.. I'll let you know.
