Moin,

after setting up gqrx on the Raspberry Pi 3, after the remote access works with rtl_tcp and gqrx, together with fldigi as well as with WXtoImg I am bored. I dream of a magic bar tuning indicator (magic eye), which is driven by gqrx. But what I miss: One way to read the signal strength. If gqrx could write the signal strength in a FIFO file, from which the magic eye is driven?

thanks for your answer. This is exactly what I want. I'm going to setup the signal meter in June and hope that I can show some pictures in July ;-)
