GQRX don't want to run with FCD Pro+

to Gqrx SDR

Hello the group.
I installed Gqrx on my computer but it don't want to run with my FCD pro+.
However my dongle is recognized by the software (It appears in I/O device) but i haven't got the water fall and the spectrum on my scrteen.
Can you help me ?

Did you press the button top left that looks like 'play'?

Try with different usb ports on computer.
