LNB LO settings

Hi group,

New to gqrx, but not new to radio.  I've searched the 'net and this group for advice in setting LNB LO, but don't find anything.  Can anyone shed some light on what I should be setting this to for example, to tune FM Broadcast or NOAA Weather.

If you have an up- or down-converter with fixed LO in front of your
receiver you can use this setting to offset the shown frequency.

It is only a visual setting and has no effect on the frequency setting
of the device.

Ah, so unless I'm using an up/down converter, I better leave it at zero then.
