GQRX - 2.6 under OSX El Cap and Sierra - missing tool bar icons

I recently upgraded to GQRX under both Sierra and El Capitan, taking it to the latest 2.6

It seems fine, but the 

toolbar icons are missing.

I've gone back over the install and don't think I missed anything.

2.5 was perfect in El Capitan.

Please advise if there is a fix.  Thanks

You have to install libqtsvg to have SVG icons rendered. It should be
a runtime dependency for the package.

I don't know, where did you find gqrx? The app bundle we distribute
should already contain it.

What I meant was that the gqrx package we distribute contains
everything, so it would seem that you have installed gqrx from
somewhere else. If you tell us how you installed gqrx we may be able
to tell you how to install the Qt SVG library.

then you probably need to install the qt5-qtsvg package. Please also
notify the packager of this missing dependency.
