Installed by following the instructions from the GQRX PPA page.

  404  Not Found

Reading package lists... Done
W: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/ettusresearch/uhd/ubuntu zesty Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Data from such a repository can't be authenticated and is therefore potentially dangerous to use.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

This will happen every time a new version of ubuntu comes out.
Projects need time to update their repositories and so in the mean
while you will get a few "not found" errors. Gqrx should still work
fine.
