gqrx install on ubunto mate crash many times

Good morning.

I have installed gqrx on a raspberry pi 3 with ubuntu mate, when start the software qgrx it works, but do not show me the bar key with the start/stop, etc, and when I do something in qgrx it stops working and can not get sound when i tune to a radio FM local 97.500.

Can anyone give help
