Questions not displaying properly

Hi everyone - 

We're starting to play with our installation of GotS, and we're running into problems with how questions display. We've tested it out in both FireFox and Chrome, and it happens in both editors. 

We set a question up, like this (disregard our responses, we're just playing around):

But in the editor, on the of the responses is missing:

And it's also missing in the live guide:

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Is this tutorial publicly available anywhere?  And are you running version 1.0-beta3?

I wonder if the slash in the last answer is confusing GotS? It shouldn't, so if it does, that's a bug.
