beta4 issues: popup mode and magnify image

My library implemented the beta4 upgrade recently. Almost all fixes and features are working well, except that...

Popup mode: After setting tutorials to popup mode (and enabling popups in the browser), the results are mixed. On some Macs and PCs, and on various browsers, the popup launches. On other Macs and PCs, and on the same set of browsers, it does not.

Magnify image: Clicking on an image launches the popup, but the image is broken. Tested on new and existing guides, across various OS and browsers.



Can anyone suggesting what is happening or possible solutions?

Do you have any more detail on these issues? 

On the image issue, I assume these are freshly uploaded images? GotS will not be able to make an image for a file that was uploaded before.

Re: Magnify Image, the magnification is working for us when the image file has been uploaded; it does not work when the image is linked by URL.

Re: Popup mode, what information would be useful for diagnosing the problem?

Hi Graham,

I don't think we considered the image by URL issue, and I'm guessing magnification isn't going to work the way it's set up. We'll look into that.

For popup mode, particular OS/browser/version combination and the results would be helpful so we can reproduce.
