Installation problem with SQL database schema

Hello all,

I'm attempting to set up GOTS on a VPS for some experimentation and fear I may have gotten in over my head. I've been following the install instructions and run into some problems with Apache, but for now I'm working on the SQL database. Sorry in advance for the noob questions!

I've created the guide_on_the_side DB and am trying to run the Cake commands to import the data. When I run

../lib/Cake/Console/cake Migrations.migration run all --plugin Tags

from the guide_on_the_side/app directory, I receive the following output:

That install never worked for me. I ended up nuking it and starting over from scratch. I'm up and running now :)
