Completely embarrasing... but any way to reset your login?

I have the only admin account, and seem to have reset my password (and quite possibly my username) and have no idea what it is. Is there any way of resetting it?

I tried everything before posting this because I'm completely embarrassed. :)

Sorry, Brittany, for not responding earlier. Did you all ready fix this? No need to be embarrassed! We've all done it, I think. :-)

There is a way to reset the password if you have access to MySQL.
