Hello, 
I have recently downloaded the GoPlay editor (free version) for testing. I have a Dell XPS laptop with a 4K screen, running the latest Windows. When I run the app, it is very small and the text is difficult to read. I went into the properties of the program via Explorer, and adjusted the Compatibility settings from Application to System, and this made the program window and font appear in a more readable size. However, now I cannot record a Full screen image, as the recorder refuses to go large enough (see below). Could you please advise? I'm keen to purchase a license, and love that I can adjust the FPS, but this compatibility issue is a problem.

Hello there. Recently u started to update NON STOP. "Fixing issues" - actually i never had any issues at all. The only issues i am havign is with the update itself. Its wasting me HOURS to download (i have 100mbps internet speed !?) - OK but its glitching non stop,crashing,i vene had to restart my pc today. I started and re-started the update more than 10 times. This caused me HOURS of waiting. Im actually paying MONEY for this ??? But i am wasting money waiting,instead of recording and uploading a video.... this cant be serious. Pls stop the updates. They a saying in the UK - Dont fix something if its not broken. Cuz ure gonna break it !

I'm trying to record a specific area on my screen with audio of my speaking but all I hear in the preview is the audio? the preview window is completely black. What do I do?

Hello, I have recently downloaded the basic version and want to learn to use it before moving to the paid version. I have watched a few YouTube videos but still need clarification on something: is it possible for me to record my voice via microphone in real time while creating a screen video?

My GoPlay Editor is not working. It says that it 'failed to execute xiadao_script. proxy'.I tried troubleshooting it and it says the application is incompatible.I have been using this application for the past couple of weeks and this is the first time this happened.My saved videos are inside this application and one video is almost ready to be uploaded to Youtube. Please take this to consideration and reply me ASAP because i have to upload my upcoming video by today

Hi. Yes, I bought a PRO code license and thought I had activated it, but when I tried to export the video I made today, it said that I was still Free and could only export vids of 5 minutes or less. So I tried to reenter the activation code and now it's saying there's an error with the code. What's up?

I can only record for 1 minute on screen recording? I have the pro version which I have not used for a while, however still tells me I have 165 days left to run, but GoPlay will not let me record more than 1 minute. I can't find any settings anywhere to adjust it, so what can I do?
It just updated today after taking about an hour to download... 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I have a number of videos to do now.

I don't remember creating an account for GoPlay Editor because I am using the free version. I am now trying the upgrade to the PRO version and I have done all the things the YouTube video told me to do but now they're asking for GoPlay username and account login before they give me the code. I had the Smart Pixel Pro software and it is telling me I have to download an update to get to the GoPlay Editor pro version but the download keeps failing.  I downloaded the free version of GoPlay but don't want to have to pay for the upgrade again.  Hoping you can help...

I just downloaded and installed the GoPlay Editor today.  I want to try it out for recording videos, but when I click to open the screen recorder, nothing happens.  I am able to open the editor, but even hitting the record button from there still does nothing.  I also found the hotkeys list and tried those, but still nothing.  Any ideas as to why this would be happening, or not happening as the case may be? (using windows 10 incase that is a factor in troubleshooting)

I have updated to pro but everytime i record a video and posts it to youtube there are big black borders around the video. also the text is always transparent in a weird way which makes it look really bad,

I have tried to access the editor but it quickly shuts down. Then it tells me to update, which I do, and it fails to go through with the update due to a failure. Any help you can provide is good.

Why would Go Play close almost as soon as I log in and setup to record. I tried the basic reload reboot see what the settings are . I just got a year membership but can not use it. My boy loves Go Play when it did work. Why I got membership . please help fix this

hi,

recently i am purchase Goplay software one month package.
3 videos i edited and exported it is fine, but my 4 video editing is done successfully, video is exporting but video not playing.

hey.. Today i installed go play editor and everything was working, but now when i wanted to export the video i made, to save it in my gallery.. It's not loading and still 00% after 10minutes.. Every time I open GoPlay Editor, it forces an update on me. Then when I try to go through with the update, it tells me there's an error with the network. This makes no sense.

I'm connected to the internet. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried everything. And it keeps freezing up every time it cancels.

I have the same problem : 
goplay editor during download update due to network error,failed to connect server
Its un-usable ONCE AGAIN idk why they do these updates,every time its a huge fail and we can not use the recorder at all,i cant beleive i payed money for this

I tried this and absolutely no change,i still have do "update" it and i still got same error,i literally can not access GoPlay at all. And this is like the 15th time this year that u guys mess things up,80% of the time i can not use the editor,do u make money refunds so that i can buy a normal editor that i can actually USE or access ? Hi, I just downloaded GoPlay and upgraded to pro cause I need to record a more than 30 minutes long tutorial. Anyway, when I started recording and saved it. I see its just plain black and just my voice was recorded. I was recording Autodesk Maya 2019 software. Super need help immediately. Thank you

Hello,

Please try the following ways to check it.
1. When you record, please select area recording to check if it is still plain black. If it works, you could record full screen by dragging it to the most in this way.
2. If way 1 doesn't work, please try the following steps:
right click the desktop-->NVIDIA control panel-->program setting-->Add-->GoPlay-->Add selected program-->Integrated graphics-->Apply

Hello!

I have had this editing software for quite some time now and have run into the same problem time and time again. About every one in four or five videos never get loaded all the way through. I am trying to export the files, just download them, but they never do. Most are fine, it's just a certain few, at random, that chose not to export. 

The one that I am currently re-exporting again and again is about a minute and a half compilation or several smaller videos. It is not a large file and definitely not the most complicated thing I have spliced together, but it simply won't export no matter how many times I try. The highest that it gets without exporting was 100%; however, the video was still not exported or able to view. 

Any advice you could give me to solving the problem would be quite wonderful.

5 times in a week i keep getting log in errors. you told me to create several new email accounts and every day i get the same damn error , it is happening again now. I NEED TO DO SOME ASSIGNMENTS . this is happening every day , EVERY DAY. I only have one computer and you told me yesterday in email this was permanently fixed. I have spent more time with support than i have being able to use a product i paid for .

Hello,

Whenever I try to upload from GoPlay directly to YouTube, it has me sign into my YouTube account when I click upload and allow the permissions. I do that but then it gets stuck on the logging in part.  It never actually logs in and uploads the video.  It used to work fine.  What could cause this?

I am a pro member on goplay and I have my correct email and password to sign in, but it is telling me that I have been "binded with two other devices" even though this device I am currently using is that only device, so it is not giving me my pro membership. Please help! I have been emailing support since the beginning of November with no response.

Hello, so I'm editing a video, and I was loading in a clip (PIP) and when i put it in I couldn't interact with it anymore, it started giving me problems to where it breaks the audio sometimes, and it'll be impossible for me to export, please help.

Hi, I paid for the pro account, but after downloading the software and logging into my account I'm still on the free version and it's still prompting me to upgrade by buying the pro version again.
