Embedded Tomcat server is throwing exception

I am using Cypal studios eclipse plugin for developing GWT based web
application. But the embedded tomcat server is throwing exception. How
to fix this issue ?

I am using eclipse 3.3
WTP 2.0
gwt 1.4.61
