Offline Google Maps for web applications

From this link i came to know that the offline usage of google maps and JS api is possible in Google Earth Enterprise server but unfortunately it's deprecated. Is there any other way by where i can use Google Maps completely offline (for some particular area) in my web application? It's ok if it requires any enterprise account.
