How to retrieve locations without empty fields?

I am using google maps API, using this code:

<script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp&libraries=places"></script>

Using this API as autocomplete to select a location (for shipping purpose). 

Results I get from google sometimes missing city, street address country and etc..

So, my questions if there is a way retrieve only the relevant results contains city, street_number, country, etc..?
