Google Map Distance Matrix API choose route between origin and destination

Hi,
Is there any way i can choose route between origin and destination while getting the distance time using Google Map Distance Matrix API? For example let say a origin and destination have 3 routes between them now i always want to go from route 2 even it takes more time, i just want to know the time it takes.
