1. You need to use a desktop or laptop computer. I am working on tweaking the interface so it will work good on mobile devices.
2. Open this pdf file I made and skip to the last section titled
“Detailed step-by-step instructions”

3. Follow those instructions to make your first custom Google + GIS map.
4. Now go back and read the rest of the pdf file.
