This edit I made should not have been denied. I just drove to Watertown on I-81 this past Saturday, and I distinctly remember the speed limit being 45 MPH on the bridge. I'm not sure what "resources" confirm the speed limit was more accurate before my edit, but Street View hasn't been updated since October 2007 (!).

I am not in a position to take photos of any of the signage here.
