It is not appropriate to use such a source.  Mapping is to be done from personal knowledge or what is clearly visible in the aerials.  The guidelines specifically state you cannot use such sources; it opens up the door to copyright issues.  Please ensure you do not use this site when you do your mapping.

But in North Korea you can't move free. This is the best known source. Look at "About Digital Atlas".

Look at the bottom of the page, it says it is copyrighted.  Look at the "about", it says it copies it's info from a bunch of other sources.  You are putting Google in high danger of getting sued for copyright violation.  That is why you are ONLY allowed to map personal knowledge.
