This is very cool indeed. However, the implication here is that one
knows Farsi. It would be great if someone who does not know Farsi,
could type in English, and receive the Farsi translation. Although the
application currently shows a list of Persian words (after typing a
word in English) from which the writer has to choose one; it requires
that the writer knows Persian, so he/she may select the correct one.
Otherwise, it is guessing game!

The intent of this tool is to help Persian speakers type in Persian,
so it does require knowledge of the language. Google has a separate
product, called Google Translate, to do automated machine translation
between languages.

Of course, since it's a machine-generated translation, it will likely
not be as good as a human translator.
