Recent Quotes has only 1 quote

Hi,

I've noticed over the past several weeks that on my home computer
(Windows 7) the recent quotes list is never more than 1 quote long,
which is very annoying. Clearing my cache, restarting, etc. don't
work. On my work computer (Windows XP) everything works fine. This
problem persists whether I'm logged in to google or not (and at work,
it works fine whether I'm logged in or not). Actually, I just tried it
on my home pc when I'm not logged in to google, and now it's not even
storing 1 recent quote no matter how many companies I go to.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

-Adam

A guess would be to clear your cache and cookies; at least the Google cookies

Hey Adam,

What browser are you using? If you're using Chrome, can you try using an incognito window and try to reproduce the issue?

Thanks,
Albert

I've got the same problem, but with an incognito window it works fine...not sure what to do as it is rather annoying.

I've also experienced this problem as well as what I had posted in the
post below, about a week ago, which hasn't received any replies. As I
use that info to make buy/sell decisions instead of leaving my
brokerage account logged in full time and the exposure that creates,
it makes for real problems to keep getting error messages, incomplete
page loads etc. I will try the incognito window and see if that helps,
but today, everything's working normally.

I have been experiencing a meltdown as soon as the US markets open
with my portfolio pages ie: loading slowly so that stock/
portfoliovalue computations don't happen, error messages where the
page doesn't load at all etc. It's making this aspect of Google
unusable. It has been going on for 1 to 2 months and there does not
seem to be any posting about this problem in that recent time-frame.
I
run three computers, 2 running Win 7 pro and an older one running XP.
They all are experiencing this problem, only on the finance/portfolio
page. Is anyone else? tb

Ok, being a thread necro on this one, but it still hasn't been fixed (at least for me) and i see no other mention of it.  Is this not a problem for that many users?

This does sound like it's cookie-related. Try clearing your cookies (specifically the SC cookie from www.google.com).
