vanguard closing price posting delays

Vanguard fund closing values (e.g. for VBTLX or VGELX) used to be updated at about 3:00 PDT but now they are not updated to much later in the day or apparently never on some days. The values are not updated when accessed via a Google finance portfolio or when using the GOOGLEFINANCE funtion in Sheets. This used to work correctly until a couple weeks ago.
