Downloading Dividend Yield from Google Finance into Google sheets

Hi,

I am using following syntax to perform this download

=Index(importhtml(Concatenate("http://www.google.com/finance?q=",A3),"table",2),1,1)

A3 cell contains the symbol 533260.

The result I get is

Div/yield

-

Not sure why am I getting a "-" instead of 1.50/4.18

Shifting to lower rows gets me right result for that specific row. 

Not sure how to fix this. Can someone help?
