Unable to add stock symbol to portfolio

Hi,

National Oilwell Varco symbol NOV, has split it upstream resources into a new company

the new company is listed in NYSE with the symbol DNOW.

When I add the symbol to my portfolio, it comes up as DNOW, NOW Inc, but when I add the number of shares and the price

I get a yellow triangle on top saying ' Symbol(s) invalid or unsupported'. The new company started trading on 06/02/14.

Any ideas ?.

Same issue here...not sure what is going on.
