HTGC converted to new symbol HTGX incorrectly

All,

I've found that all my Finance records for symbol HTGC were converted to HTGX incorrectly.  HTGX is not a re-name of the company it's a new convertible note issued by the company.

This should not have happened. Who do I complain to?

How do I get my portfolio reverted to real symbol HTGC?

Every time I try to re-enter the transactions it put the new symbol and stock price for HTGX in even if I put just HTGC in the symbol box.
