Desktop software stock program for alerts

Im looking for some windows desktop program that shows me the same realtime quotes as on google finance.

Im especially looking for something that and can handle alerts when working on the computer so I dont have to look every 5 minutes to my stock brokers website. The funny thing is I have mutiple android apps that do this but cant seem to find an desktop app for the last 2 hours...
