SPARKLINE chart with GOOGLEFINANCE historical and realtime data

Hi,

Anybody has a suggestion how can I create a sparkline chart with googlefinance historical AND realtime price data?

For example, 

=SPARKLINE(GOOGLEFINANCE("GOOG","price",today()-365,today());{"ymin",0;"ymax",googlefinance("GOOG","high52")})

creates a chart for historic data and not including the current real-time price,

I'd like to combine the historic data with GOOGLEFINANCE("GOOG") that the latest point on the chart will be the real-time price.

Any ideas?
