I have this issue on the following:
  1. Tacx TTS 4.9 application when I zoom in too close to any part of land
  2. Firefox  v.26 (up to date as of this writing), same behavior as #1
  3. In IE 11, I cannot even start it, always see download the plugin...
It seems to run fine with no issue while zomming in for Google Chrome
Version 32.0.1700.76 m

I am running under Windows 8.1 64bit.
I have ran all updates I could see, browsers plugins, patches and version of the plugin
Good news, you already have the Google Earth Plug-in installed. (Version 7.1.2.2041)

I have rebooted the whole machine and re-tested... same issues.

I see this error in application event viewer

I found a newer version of the QtCore4.dll and copied it to the same plugin folder (renaming the orig file first)... Will reboot and try this again.

Using a newer version of QTcore made it worst... tested in Firefox.

No version displayed:
Good news, you already have the Google Earth Plug-in installed. (Version )

And error loading pluging
The Google Earth Plugin had an internal error.
Try reloading the page.

So going back to original version of QTcore.

So went back to original QtCore, rebooted... Now in firefox, I don't "crash" anymore, but when I zoom in, I don't get updates on resolution, I keep the original low res.

No issue in Chrome!

Now tried again with my Taxc sotware that I had issue with to start... working fine!

Not sure what's happening here!
