Folder with all of my Javascript Files missing

I have to set a breakpoint in the code but I can't as when I open the Chrome developer tools, under the sources tab, I couldn't find the folder which has the javascript files where I want to set the breakpoint. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Other folders are showing up properly. I just updated to version 53.0.2785.116
