DevTools extensions list

John did some digging to find all the DevTools extensions. 

There are a few of them:

• 23px - 23px is an online IDE leveraging the power of Chrome extensions in auto-preview, Inspector integration and screenshots.
• AJAX Debugger - Logs all AJAX activity to the Dev Tools Console, allowing inspection of AJAX calls, and open calls in new tab with all the inputs.
• Almost Native Cookies Manager - Cookie Manager embedded in the Chrome devtools.
• AngularJS Batarang - Extends the Developer Tools, adding tools for debugging and profiling AngularJS applications.
• App Inspector for Sencha - Google Chrome™ Dev Tools extension for debugging Sencha™ applications.

[Mike West]

Skimming the source, it looks like Uni Cart is copy/pasted together from a number of sources. It requests DevTools permissions, and has a devtools.html reference in the manifest, but doesn't actually contain any code using the API.
