In mobile browser I'm not getting all options during file upload as Mozilla.

I am developing a website and there is a section where user need to upload photos to the the server. 
In android devices when I am accessing my website using chrome browser I am not getting gallery option directly where is in mozilla I am getting gallery option. 

Please take a look at the attachments. 

I am using this code for file upload : 

<input name="userfile[]" type="file" accept="image/*" multiple/> 

Please let me know the way by  which I can get same options as the mozilla is providing me.
