if you don't own the website can you still use the console commands?

i want to know if i go on slither.io and open the console if i can use the commands legally or would that be illegal

We are not lawyers. Consult a lawyer.

I guess it depends on what you do there. If you execute "console.log(1)", it seems legal (unless the website overrides console.log :P).
