Hi,

<select> tags are no-longer clickable with the latest update, when you toggle device mode on in the developer tools.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load the following webpage in chrome.

<html>

</select>

</html>

2. Hit F12 to toggle developer tools.

3. Enable device mode for any device.

4. Try to click the select:.

Reposting this here (already posted on the help forum, but this seems a better fit).
